02.Refund Eligibility Criteria

• Refund requests must be formally submitted within 14 calendar days from the initial transaction date.
• Accounts found engaging in abusive spam, illegal substance distribution, or prohibited activities violate our Terms of Service and forfeit refund eligibility.
• Third-party courier charges (e.g. delivery fees incurred by Steadfast or Pathao) are handled directly by the logistics provider and fall outside GM Flow software refunds.

03.Subscription Renewals & Cancellation

Merchants retain full autonomy to cancel auto-renewal at any time directly through their Command Center or by contacting support. Email and SMS reminders are issued 3 days prior to any renewal date. No hidden fees or unexpected charges will ever be applied.

04.Processing Time & Payout Channels

Once a refund request is approved by our billing team, the amount is disbursed within 3 to 5 business days back to the original bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi bank account used during checkout.
